New Pakistani dramas on air in October 2026 — premieres, timings, channels and platforms

Updated: 7 October 2026. The month's two headline premieres — Rutba and Hurmat — are both out of the gate now, and this guide carries every current serial's days, air time and platform in one grid. It is refreshed as channels confirm changes.

October is the busiest month of the Pakistani drama calendar this year: a long-running ARY serial signed off, two of the season's biggest premieres took its place and filled a HUM TV gap, and Green Entertainment's star-powered autumn slate is in full flight. If your watchlist has gotten away from you, here is every drama worth following right now — who is in it, which nights it airs, what time, and where to watch — sorted by channel.

ARY Digital: the Rutba era begins

The channel's big Monday-Tuesday story changed hands this month. Bas Tera Saath Ho, the Farhan Saeed and Sana Javed family serial, closed its run at 45 episodes with its finale on 5 October — the complete series remains on ARY Plus. Into its slot steps Rutba, the season's most anticipated launch: written by Umera Ahmed, directed by Haseeb Hassan, produced by Humayun Saeed and Sana Shahnawaz, and led by Mehwish Hayat in her return to prime-time television, with Zahid Ahmed (Meer), Hiba Bukhari (Mahnoor) and Talha Chahour (Hadi). Rutba premiered on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at 8:00 PM PKT and now airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:00 PM, with episodes on ARY Plus after broadcast. Our Rutba guide has the full picture.

ARY's mid-week anchor Hey Fam continues on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the 8:00 PM band, and the Friday-Saturday hour belongs to Dar-e-Nijaat — Umera Ahmed's other current serial, with Episode 20 due on Friday 9 October and Episode 21 on Saturday 10 October, both at 8:00 PM PKT.

HUM TV: Hurmat arrives

HUM TV's big new bet is Hurmat, the Momina Duraid Productions serial that puts Dananeer Mobeen in the title role opposite Shahveer Jafry in his television acting debut, with Javed Sheikh, Omair Rana, Farah Sadia, Ali Safina, Ali Tahir and Shehbaz Shigri around them. Episode 1 arrived on Sunday 5 October 2026 — the official YouTube upload carried English subtitles — and the channel's promo pointed to a 9:00 PM YouTube slot. What HUM has not yet done is confirm the fixed weekly broadcast day; when it does, our Hurmat guide and show page update immediately. Elsewhere on the channel, Bombay Tailors holds its Monday-Tuesday 8:00 PM hour, Khushi continues its daily run, and Aangan occupies the Friday-Saturday window. HUM's streaming home is the Hum Turbo app, with the official YouTube channel carrying subtitled episodes.

Green Entertainment: the star-powered autumn slate

No channel bet bigger this season than Green, and its lineup now runs seven nights a week:

  • Mitti De Baway — the headliner. Mahira Khan and Wahaj Ali together for the first time, with Junaid Khan and Hina Afridi. Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 PM PKT since the 23 September premiere — Episode 5 airs tonight (7 October), Episode 6 tomorrow. Our timing guide has every date and the overseas clock conversions.
  • Madaar — Humayoun Ashraf and Sumaiyya Bukhsh's family serial, airing Monday to Friday at 9:00 PM PKT since 23 September, filling the channel's weekday late-prime strip.
  • Nizaam — Usama Khan, Momina Iqbal and Naumaan Ijaz, now settled into Saturdays and Sundays at 8:00 PM PKT after the channel confirmed the weekend slot, with six episodes aired since the 19 September premiere.

Every Green serial streams free on the channel's official YouTube channel with subtitles — the simplest platform arrangement in Pakistani television.

Geo Entertainment: the weekend anchors

Geo's current flagship pairing is Nashtar — Danish Taimoor and Anmol Baloch, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 PM PKT since 21 August, with subtitled episodes on the official Har Pal Geo YouTube channel. Around it, Khafa runs mid-week on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Uswa holds an early-evening slot, with full episodes on Har Pal Geo as well.

What ended recently

September's cull claimed several serials — the full list of ended dramas covers Aap Ki Izzat, Toota Huwa Dil, Mirza Ki Heer, Laaj, Musafat and Leader — and October opened with Bas Tera Saath Ho's 45-episode finale on 5 October. Their episodes remain on their respective platforms, so none of them have left your watchlist; they have just stopped asking for weekly attention.

The platform cheat-sheet

One of the most common searches this season is simply where each channel's episodes actually live, so here is the short version: ARY Digital serials stream on ARY Plus — the app or aryplus.tv — after broadcast; Green Entertainment uploads everything free to its official YouTube channel; Geo serials land on the official Har Pal Geo YouTube channel with subtitles; and HUM TV combines its official YouTube uploads with the Hum Turbo app. None of them require a subscription for current serials, and all of them keep episodes up after the broadcast night.
